All Saints' Day Mass was celebrated by Fr. Toto Jaranilla, O.Carm. At 3pm, we had the Mass of San Lorenzo Cemetery presided by Fr. Tim and concelebrating is Fr. Jaranilla. Responso followed starting with Fr. Christopher Exala's grave and the other graves. Lay ministers and the postulants helped in the Responso.

All Souls' Day Mass in the cemetery of Hubang, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur began at 9am. Presider was Fr. Artemio Jusayan with Fr. Jaranilla and Fr. Balasabas, concelebratingAfter the Mass, the big cross was blessed by Fr. Jaranilla. Responso were taken cared of by the Lay Ministers and Apostoles throughout the cemetery premises.

Fr. Jusayan went to visit our land near the sea in Barobo. The owner had died and the sons are making some arrangements with him.

The postulants reported to their immersion with the palm oil workers. They will be staying for a month with the workers. Fr. Jusayan brought them to Mati Barrio for their integration. All the masses in the morning was done by Fr. Toto Jaranilla. Fr. Alain Balasabas replaced Fr. Vallega in Rosario as the latter is having their parish pastoral planning in Barobo. Fr. Tim celebrated the afternoon Masses after his barrio Mass in Mati Barrio.

The parish choir joined by Frs. Jaranilla and Jusayan went to Hinatuan for an outing. This was occasioned during the holiday. Fr. Balasabas celebrated the parish Mass as the other two friars were out.

Bro. Irvin Mangmang, Fr. Jaranilla, Fr. Vallega and Atty. Ranoco attended the ordination of Fr. Clyde Salitrero in Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
November 11 Fri
The delegation that attended Fr. Salitrero's ordination came back (Fr. Jaranilla, Irvin Mangmang, Atty. Ranoco). We were met by Fr. Jusayan who brought the pick-up and fetched us in the airport. Fr. Vallega was left in Negros as he planned to visit his family.

Fr. Jaranilla gave a whole day recollection to the Lay Ministers of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. After their recollection they had their elections. On this day, Fr. Balasabas left for home to attend the School Reunion. He will be back on the 20th of November.

Fr. Jusayan was left alone in Sacred Heart Parish, San Francisco. Fr. Toto Jaranilla took over Fr. Vallega in Rosario Parish, Fr. Vallega was left in Escalante to attend the burial of Rizalina Ombi-on's father and that of Mrs. Zenaida Tan. After the barrio Mass of Fr. Jaranilla in Rosario, he visited the biggest crocodile in the world. This was easily done as the barrio Mass was near the crocodile itself.

Fr. Jaranilla celebrated the morning Mass. We welcomed in our Church the presence of some Franciscan Sisters who are visiting San Francisco to do some vocation campaign. In the afternoon, Fr. Jaranilla officiated a confirmation to a couple who would be receiving soon the sacrament of marriage.

Very early, Fr. Tim Jusayan and Junting, our driver, left very early for Davao for Fr. Tim's executive check-up. His high blood pressure had been persistent. Fr. Jaranilla is left alone in Sacred Heart Parish. He will do all the Masses and sacramental work up to Friday. Fr. Jaranilla celebrated the morning Mass in commemoration of all the Carmelite souls who died. Special attention were given to the souls of the Carmelites who were at one time served San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. During the homily, Fr. Toto expounded on the lives of the friars Jan Lansink, Engelbert Van Vilsteren, Simon Westendorp, Theodulf Vrakking, Isagani Miro Valle... also of our pastoral workers Manoling Malicay, Ani Mariano, Boy Lagurin and others... from the Carmel youth Ellen Fortun who bore with smile all her pains of her head tumor. The morning and afternoon Masses were taken cared of by Fr. Jaranilla as Fr. Tim is still in Davao for his executive check-up. He did also the confirmation and blessings. In the evening, Fr. Tim arrived with Junting from Davao. He said his check-up showed everything is alright. Fr. Tim had his check-up with the Alexian Brothers Hospital.
November 17 Thu
Fr. Jaranilla celebrated the morning Mass. In the evening, we had our community night with the associates Aloy Ranoco, Leah Cabanban and Merly Rejas. We made some arrangements on the incoming Associate Assembly which would be held in Agusan the week after. Final preparations on the accommodation, the food and other needs were discussed. We talked also about our December recollection. We have decided to transfer the venue in Perez, San Isidro due to some considerations of our schedules.

Retreat of Third Order Carmelites of San Francisco in Marihatag conducted by Fr. Sirenio Jaranilla. The place was beside the seashore run by the Navarro family. 19 TOC members attended the Retreat. Fr. Tim was left alone in the Sacred Heart Parish. Fr. Alain is still in Dumaguete and Fr. Emman is still in Kabankalan.

The TOC who are having their retreat in Marihatag came home around 3pm with Fr. Jaranilla, the retreat facilitator. Upon his arrival Fr. Vallega and Fr. Balasabas also arrived. An impromptu meeting took place in the community with the associates Leah Cabanban, Arlene Cabanban, Merly Rejas, Irvin Mangmang, Frs. Jusayan, Jaranilla, Vallega and Balasabas attending for final discussion on the dynamics of the coming Associates meeting. Rooms were assigned for the associates and who's who are attending are identified. We made arrangments also on who's who will fetch them from the airport.

Arrival of Saling Ombi-on and Angela Ureta for the Task Force History Meeting. They were fetched from the airport by Fr. Tim Jusayan. Fr. Alain Balasabas was busy in the school affairs as Mount Carmel College is celebrating it's 54th foundation anniversary. Fr. Toto Jaranilla went to the Department of Public Works and Hiways for their monthly Mass.
November 24 Thu
Fr. Jaranilla, Ms. Ombi-on and Ms. Ureta had the Task Force History meeting here in Agusan. We discussed thoroughly the draft of the Carmelite History Book.
